I am a little late getting this out with the FSA and a house full of company, but there is not much going on this month. The Potentate’s ball is an official family function so I hope you get your tickets early. There will be no tickets sold at the door. HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO ALL THE LADIES.

 

JUNE 2008 AIDES ASSIGNMENTS

 

 

Again I want to thank everyone for all the hard work. We had a great month, a little lack of communication at the Potentates Ball but it worked out. We are almost in the summer mode, but we still have a few things to do. Glad to see Noble Jim Rouse up and at them, hope everyone is feeling well.

 

SUNDAY JUNE 1 PANCAKE BREAKFAST (8:30 TO 12 NOON) ALL ARE INVITED, HELP IS ALWAYS NEEDED.

 

THURSDAY JUNE 5 STATED MEETING (5:30 DINNER 7:30 MEETING)

Iron Horses will be doing the escort with the Aides assisting. Aids are to assemble in the Lobby at 7:15PM for escort duty.

Dress Uniform (Black Trousers, White shirt and Taupe Coat, Tie, Name Tag, and Fez)

Stage Setup: John Phillips/Bill Sears

Collations:   Ron Temple/Ken Hensley

Soft Drinks: Bob Voss/Chris Voss

Beer:            LP Brown/Rich Gutowski

Trash:          Chuck Beck, Pete Gregory, Billy Kennedy, Gerry, LeDuc, along with the rest of us there.

Optional Casual Uniform for Aides assigned to Collations (Black Trousers, Green work shirt, and Name Tag.

 

SUNDAY JUNE 7 HAWIIAN STYLE LUAU (6PM SOCIAL 7PM DINNER.)

Clean up after: Mike Desjardins, Pete Gregory, Harold Orendorf, Ray Morrison, and Art Horton. With the aid of the rest of the Aides there, I would strongly recommend everyone to come and enjoy a great evening, Tickets can be bought at the Bahia Shrine Office.
